Cut in 1/2" cubes
Take the kids and liver cubes to the lake, meet some friends/relatives there.
Use the liver for bait, fry steaks and burgers on the grill.
I could have said fry the fish, but we aren't that good. Last time between 5 of us, we didn't catch enough to feed one person, but it was OK. All but one of the fish were caught by the kids 14 and under.
