There's about 5 or 6 tracts of land I would like to buy. If I could buy any of those I would, if not I would pay debt first and put the rest in a combination of CDs and cash, so I'm ready to buy any of those properties if/ when they do come up for sale. As far as the land price, I'm only interested in adjoining pieces, which are worth more to me than to anybody else.
