chortitz, manitoba | Land next door. Not 50 miles away. But not much is for sale. Even at these high prices. Then you have to update your equipment to farm the extra acres. More expense.... that $1M will just cost you extra time and add expenses.
Maybe wait a few months and try to find a high interest GIC. If you can lock in a decent rate and make 60 to 80K a year and not have to do anything for it. Like having a full time job without the work.
