Need to be willing to have it tied up for a while to recieve those kind of rates. The more liquid you keep your money, the less it’s worth. I’ll be very pleased with 6% fixed,won’t hear me complain. If it goes higher, we’ll do more at the then higher rates. Strategy is called laddering.
