There’s still room in the cab, and under the hood and under the pickup. You could also attach either an old hood or a kid’s pool and drag more firewood behind. LOL

You need to consult with the lumber hauling pros at Home Depot. Darndest thing I ever saw. They bought what looked like either sixteen or twenty foot long boards and hung ropes crossways under the front and rear of the pickup. They had a decent amount of boards. The rope was tied off so that the lumber could be suspended under the pickup lengthwise. Just enough room was allowed for the front wheels to pivot left and right. My eyes saw all this but the brain had difficulty processing such a sight.

Not mocking or making fun. Wasn’t safe for them or anyone else on the road but I realize they were doing the best with what they had.
