Just checked and software is version 30.16.0.0. My dealer did suggest first a software upgrade, which I said to do as soon as he can. I hope that helps

As to the gps speed, not sure on that, I’ll have to look and see if they match next time I take it out.
For filling. - I try to fill as close to 1000 as I can; not to the very top.
