Cedar Rapids, Iowa | If you have a hard drive right now, buy a SSD (solid state drive) for your operating system and programs. Then if you need more storage, get a spinning disk hard drive.
SSDs are about 100x faster than HDDs for everything. In your case, maybe just buy a 1TB SSD and move everything to it.
I'd also recommend doing a clean install of Windows on the new SSD. A fresh install will also speed up things. | |
