Western-Central Lower Michigan
This is a general tip/fix for computers. There is a little flat round battery on the motherbord the size of a quarter or so. (this is on a desktop computer)
The voltage is 3v, and when this voltage goes low (battery failure) your computer does weird things.
If you havent changed the battery in a couple years, just get a new one.
You might have to re set your "time" on the computer, as this is a battery to keep alive certain aspects of your computer including TIME.
On a desktop they are usually a 2032 battery, always available at walmart or where they sell batteries.
Be very careful, easy to break something getting it out for replacement. And dont forget to unplug the power from the computer before changing battery.
