The only difference between hydraulic oil and engine oil is the detergent.
Engine oil has detergent.
Transmission oil has no detergent.
Detergent foams a little bit so it’s not desirable in the transmission.
Not really sure it’s possible to do an oil analysis and determine that there is transmission oil in the engine.
It would’ve been comical if you would have taken another oil sample. 
Add a certain amount of hydraulic oil into it and then send it off for analysis. 
Engine oil in the transmission would be another story.
