I would put doors in both the end walls, and would offset them to one side (perhaps having them end 3' or so from the side wall so I could put pallet racking all along the side wall). This makes it easy to pull items through the building rather than having to back in or out. To hold down cost you could just use sliding doors, if one item such as the semi is going to be in and out a lot, I would make the doors wide enough that you only have to open one half of the door to pull the truck in. I would also put a door somewhere in one side wall. I have a building like this and it works great, easy to get something in or out without having to move a bunch of other equipment. I would also fully enclose the building-you have already paid for the frame, roof, etc., it doesn't cost that much more to enclose one wall. Why leave it open for birds, rain, etc.?
