Put a large (40' or so) door on the end and skip the sidewall door. I have a 54 X 72 cold storage shed with a sidewall door and frankly it never gets used. The 40' door is a bi-fold so it's kinda slow opening and closing but it sure is nice to have basically the whole end open and yet be able to close it up every night.
