I would bet that a well-liked, personable customer would have been able to purchase that part- some people just don't have people skills when it comes to doing business.
I agree with this, the first thing I say is my name so they know who is calling. Even if it is a business that I have never done business with before and write down their name so if I need to call back I know who I was talking to. Most dealership's that I deal with on a regular basis I know the names of the people I deal with. |
