Unless you need a narrow-frame tractor with row crop tires, which you didn't indicate, you might not want to limit your search to 325 horsepower.  A 375-450 horsepower 4WD with a PTO can probably be had for the same or less monies, and yanking a grain cart with that much more authoritah is awesome.
