corn ground with soybean meal currently getting 20 lbs/day he is angus and looking to get him to 1450 lbs. I would say closer to 2500 lbs of feed I don't know his cost of feed. Just looking for a general guesstimate heard $50/mo...didn't know if that's reasonable


I've been told 2.5% of body weight for feed a day. E.g. 1000# animal, would get 25# of feed. You didn't mention current weight (or I missed it).
