#1 thought is feed. I give my ewes a 1/2# of soybean meal for every lamb she is nursing while they are in the jug also at 2# of grain for 3 weeks prior to lambing. A couple pounds of alfalfa will fill bags up quick too. But these are for high drop ewes juat shy of 280% lamb drop right now for reference.
