I should not even get remotely close to this, but….
Getting paid a premium per bushel does not make more bushels it only makes more dollars. The “only” time test weight matters is if it qualifies a person for a premium or a reduction in price. It’s no different than me hauling high moisture corn. If the moisture is 30-32% I get a premium per bushel. The yield is the same no matter what.

Edit: I get premiums for TW quite often but I have never falsely raised my yield because of it. Does your crop insurance guy increase your reported yield after you tell him you sold for a premium?
