Subject: RE: Snaplage value rule of thumb?

Dayton, IA
I use 100 lbs/bu also. 230bu/ac = 12,880lbs of corn. 100lbs earlage/56lbs of corn = 1.78. 12,880 lbs corn x 1.78 = 22,926 lbs earlage. 230 bu corn = 11.3 ton earlage.

Am I close?
