That's an interesting concept for sure. I've always assumed I was losing yield. Perhaps not??
Test weight dockage does hurt financially though. But maybe yield loss isn't giving us the double whammy at least. I've internally debated whether I should be hiring my wheat harvested instead of taking the extra time to get it out myself.
