That would work for me!

We have a local small resturant that serves a burger called a "birdy burger". It is simply a hamburger (I get a double) with cheese, bacon and an over easy egg on top. Since wife and I are low carb we just order it without the bun. Really deliscious. In fact we like it so much, wife has started fixing a lot of our hamburgers like that.

Looks like a birdy burger ready to be cooked!
What's the name? I get to Pburg once or twice a year.
