I tell them when i make the appointment - EVERYTHING will be done on this visit, if you try to say this is a consultation and need a 2nd visit to do the procedure I will walk out without paying and find another DR, same with dentist.
Very few will say find another DR, some do and that's fine.
Did that with recent finger surgery,
walked in,
she looked at it,
took a couple x-ray's
kinda hinted at going to the hospital, gave pros & cons, I said if it gets that bad we can go at that time
She agreed, and 15 minutes later I walked out all fixed up.
She commented afterwards that she liked patients that knew what they wanted and could make a firm decision.
I watched the entire thing, she was a great DR
