My Dad was with E Co 5th bn 46th Inf during the first 6 months of 1970. He was never one to talk about his service, or his experience. I was able to get his service record a few years ago, but nothing on what he did in Vietnam. I know his MOS was an 11F40, but don't know what that means exactly. I don't know how closely you might have served to him, but I would enjoy having a conversation with you about the unit. Regardless, thank you for your service, and enjoy your trip.
