NW Wisconsin | Have a 6 joule fencer that will knock the spots off my cattle. Have 2 sections one runs one way and the other the other way only runs for about a half mile total. The one works just fine the other I give it power and it drops the fencer voltage to 3k and the otherside is worthless then. WHat could be going on? watered the ground rods and its not shorting out anywhere... Anyone experience this? Was working fine last summer. Cant seem to put a finger to it with whats wrong with it... | |
