14.5% moisture, do not dry over 140 degrees because of stress cracks. Cool slowly try to not be more then 25 degrees difference between corn temp and outside air temp. Most of the time you can sell without buyers call just get a little less for it around Evansville or Mt. Vernon Indiana.
