southern MN | It is much needed, but....
The past and future 3 years have had some major road closures on 2 of the 3 bridges over the river, as well as total reconstruction of two intermingled state highways.
With the river bluff and bridge issues there are few good detour routes. A five mile trip becomes a 17 mile trip.
The orange signs, the congestion, the extra traffic even on my little county road, kind of wears a person down.
