For the 700 licenses you go to the toolbox page and scroll all the way to the right, the tab is activations and it will list all the licenses in the 700.
If you have a 372 receiver, I would skip Omnistar and use Trimble Centerpoint. Cost is $1080 and only needs Omni unlock for standard convergence.
