The Mini 2 doesn't have an NDVI camera. It's not an app that generates NDVI, it's a camera capable of gathering that spectrum of light. Cheapest options I know for that would be the Phantom 4 Multispectral which is like $6,500, or a special order camera for the Inspire 1 that's $4k, not including the drone. Honestly the only scouting I know of you can do with the Mini 2 is just fly around, take pictures in places that are hard to walk to, and review them on your PC to see if you can spot any problems.
