I have the Mini 3 pro about a month now it is their best one yet and wind doesn't bother it as much as you would think. I is fine to about 20mph and will cope in gusts to 30mph
The version with built in screen you don't have to connect phone too is a delight to use. Pictures and video from it are both outstanding IMO and if you are just scouting about that large screen is good to see without recording and you can screen record that to view maybe in shade without downloading from drone.
