Hopefully someone from Manitoba can contirbute here.
But, from what I've heard, in Manitoba, in some areas at least, it dried up enough to mud in some crops in poor conditions and much too late, then it has continued to rain excessively ever since.  Not good.  But better than it looked earlier on.
