North of London | Yes I am sure some highly leveraged will have to give up the 'cottage' to keep the roof over the home
We have family looking at a small winterized house/cottage along there.
Made an offer on one a month ago.
Exactly what they were looking for all recently renovated etc.
So offered over asking and they were the high bidder of 2 offers
They were turned down as owners wanted more.
Now listed with asking above what their offer was.
It was on the limit of distance for them so not offering more, might offer less now. | |
