Southern MB | I have an equipment rental business. 300 hours on an electric one is definitely getting up there in hours but with all that is replaced the only other thing to worry about is batteries. Batteries are just four of the 6 volt deep cycle battery so not a huge deal to replace.
We like Skyjack models if going used as they are fairly simple to work on and switches readily available at a farm supply store.
Be prepared to work on the wiring/sensors. They aren't terribly complicated but it's amazing how many little things there is to fix over time. Usually not expensive repairs but can be time consuming to track down the cause of the problem.
