| Do you have the prescriptions in the prescription folder when importing?
If opening a field and it doesn't take you to the Perscription setting and load page, the prescription is most likely in the wrong folder in the monitor.
As you open a field it should automatically go to a prescription load page where you choose the particular prescription you want, select the conversion factor for those of us in the US that use banana measurements, and other settings such as what it is supposed to do if out of the prescription area.
At least that's how it works with non ISO applications.
