It’s not possible except for a few trace minerals. I guess you could use a manure sample collected from a random bunch of cow piles to get an “as consumed” analysis but it would be missing some small amounts of minerals that were absorbed and excreted in urine. You would have to avoid soil contamination and rainfall.

It’s not possible for humans either. It takes a bone scan to determine if a post menopausal woman has adequate bone density. The blood chemistry and electrolyte panels that are done on humans and animals are a snapshot that can only tell you how things are at the time the sample was taken. Very useful, but it doesn’t really answer your question about diet.

The problem in both humans and animals is many things are stored in the body and a deficiency (or a toxicity) may not show up for months. In a case of deficiency, the body reservoir has to be depleted and then the symptoms may show up. Think of calcium and phosphorus where the main reservoir is the bones. A deficiency won’t show up in the blood until long after the animal has experienced pathological fractures.
