Kolorado | Like Joel, we had hail on every acre.
Didn't replant though. Stuff that got beat down to numbs is about a foot tall now, stuff that wan't as bad is over knee high now.
Bug checker wanted us to replant a few fields, but with a gazillion acres of milo still to plant, we didn't want to have to switch plates in the planters. And seemed like replant or beat to hell and gone will both yield bad, so guess we'll find out in October if we screwed up by not replanting. | |
