Subject: RE: Dec corn

Carbondale, KS

What's being positive got to do anything?  I said when this thing gapped lower that it was not good for a bullish cause at this point in the year and now where are we???

For the record, not negative, unlike most people posting on this page, I'm very optimistic, even with all our water issues and a 6 week crappy stretch of weather i think we can still grow a WELL above avg corn crop and a slightly above avg bean crop.  That's what i do, grow crops to SELL, not marry, not take to bed, not store in a pyramid but sell.  Sure i want to sell every bu on the day of the high but i'm too stupid for that so i don't get heartburn trying.

The weather turned much wetter with this afternoon's run, how it plays out who knows but i know that most years premium bleeds out into harvest.

Pencil today's price on a post-it note and lets circle back in dec and see where we are at.
