Sioux County, NWIA | Evidently. It would appear to me that if Europe and Ukraine (with the US pushing also) weren’t helpbent on having Ukraine as a NATO member we would not have the mess we have now. I have always thought of Russia and particularly the Russian leadership as downright paranoid of the West; now I think they learnt there paranoia FROM the West.
