Written orders jave to be given, there was no written request submitted by trump to ask that troops be but on alert, everybody but trump says the offer was never made so you figure that one out. But we do know that trump demanded that Homeland Security was told by trump to take down the Metal Detectors from the Capital after being told some of the insurgents had weapons.
