Clarke Co, Iowa
South central Iowa all of a sudden .95 to $1.00 over. Northwest Iowa .70 to 90 over. I thought we had a bumper crop last year and limited exports. Normal basis is negative in these markets. So, what gives? It sure looks like a lack of grain for sale.
