DPF started in '07 with regards to engines (which is what I said), not trucks. The engine build date will determine whether or not the truck will have a DPF.
EGR started in October of 2002 (engine build date) with everyone except Cat and Navistar. Navistar began EGR in 2004. Cat of course never used EGR.
Is there a range of years to avoid on semis?
