| Any thoughts on cattle that do not shed out? I have been told feed not good enough, need to worm etc. I looked at a real nice herd of Herefords Saturday that I have bought a few bulls out of in the past, older couple is selling way down as getting to be too much. They were mostly shiny and shedded out but just a few, I asked her and stated what I have been told about the nutrition and worms , she said "HOGWASH", She said the ones not shedded out were different genetics. What have you guys observed, esp. those of you feeding steers that buy cattle from different herds and definitely wouldn't have any nutrition issues. | |
