I know exactly how you feel. I used to be a potato guy. Any way fixed i liked. Now if I have a bite, meh. I could eat it if I had to.
For me the very important crunch factor is from Macs brand salt and pepper pork rinds from Walmart. Other pork rinds will suffice in a pinch, but those are my favorite. Half a dozen bags in the pantry not uncommon.
