NW Ohio,near Findlay | Dan, I think your only option is remove the drive shaft. I have a L8000 Ford with a 5 Speed Allison, had fuel issue and would not run. Everyone with automatic transmission experience advised me to haul it or remove shaft. Lucky I was empty and had a friend with Equipment trailer to haul it.
I love the truck with the automatic transmission, but the danger of it stopping on the road is a big expense it you have to move any distance. | |
