| We are looking at hiring somebody to manage our 9000 head wean to finish hog operation in the near future. Wondering what the going rate is for that? Responsibilities would include: placing wean pigs, daily chores, vaccinating, marking, sorting, loading out, general maintenance, and overseeing wash crews. We would still hire supplemental labor but the “manager” would be responsible for daily management of labor with hog barn operation. This person would be the direct contact our cooperating integrator would work with. Thanks! | |
