Subject: John Deere 4640 PS dark brown hydraulic oil

Norway

30 hour old hydraulic oil turned dark brown.

Are there any common hotspots on a 4640 powershift?

I have just done a rebuild of the trans oil pump due to shattering 3-point and steering, but havent tried i yet, since the tractor is still split in two.
