They could, and that would be very simple if not for the separate oil compartments with the AGCO CVT. I actually think some of the Dyna-4 and Dyna-6 transmissions are plumbed back to the rear end, but on the CVT tractors they would have to pipe it back up to the middle of the tractor to the hydraulic tank.

All that SHOULD leak from there is the small amount of oil when you couple and uncouple the pioneer tips. If your bottles fill up, your couplers are leaking internally and need rebuilt or replaced. Otherwise, you should get a thimble full of oil when you hook up a set of hoses, or unhook them.
