IL | You don't know how things actually work or you're the sucker that pays full price without negotiating. People can slap any price they want on something but that doesn't mean they'll ever get it. Auction prices are real world prices that people actually pay for equipment. Ask a banker what it's worth on the balance sheet and if they know the market they will value a tractor alot closer to auction value than dealer asking price. Hell I have a 1 owner 7060 with 3500 original hours I think I'll ask $70,000 for and post it to tractor house for sale, it would look just as out of place as a $64,000 4430. Sale price is all that matters. | |
