Subject: RE: Clearance for Bean Fungicide?

First of don’t wait. Start this year.

Fungicide and insecticide and alittle foliar juice pays.

For around $15 acre I’m running lucento plus gen bifen and a quart of Brandt Quattro. At todays prices it takes a bushel to pay. My 5 year average is pushing a 6 bushel bump. Last year was almost 8.

As for equipment. Try to find a 90 foot boom. Less tracks. When I made the switch I went to a SP but PT is doable in bigger less point row fields.

Also if you are worried about height go alittle early. Late July instead of August

Also I do this even with a SP, don’t worry about little swaths left. You run down more beans making a pass for 20 foot. A lot of my fields are cut up so that may not be an issue for you
