You can make a pretty good radiator with two inch iron pipe.  Ten foot runs that go back and forth along a wall with about a foot of slope for each run.  Use two 90 degree elbow at each corner.  At the top elbow it into a vertical drop with a drain at the bottom that will act as a moisture trap.  Put a trap with a drain between the radiator and the compressor as well.  Maybe not quite as good as a refrigerated unit, but I had that in Hawaii for several years and it worked very well.  It was quite humid where we lived.
