RR Valley, ND; MN native | There was a 10 and a 20 I went to. A multi-year the year of my 25 I did not. I have not heard of any since. Saw a former classmate at church when I was in the hometown one weekend visiting family and asked about if there was to be a 30th. He'd not heard anything and his farm accountant is another former classmate who'd probably have been involved with organizing one. So, given that, probably no 40th coming up either.
I wonder if what went on at the 20th had a bearing.... There was a golf outing in the afternoon (I didn't go, don't golf) and then a banquet I did attend. Seemed like all the old "IN" group/jocks had been drinking while golfing and continued to drink at the banquet. They were all so wasted, some could barely stand. Good grief. I saw lots of wives standing around rolling their eyes. | |
