I have been mulling over the thoughts of trying solar energy on a very small scale.
I run a fence box in 2 different locations. One location is on separate pasture, the other location is at my home with separate meter from power company from my home. The second meter also runs my deep freezer that is full of meats. I have considered trying Solar on the fence at my home, if it works well then hooking the freezer up to it and eventually disconnecting the second power meter.
With the above information has any done something like this. Started small and gradually increased load? If so how did it work for you? Where did you gather information for this?

Edit: I would like to run well off this system also. 220volt 30 or 40 amp breaker.
