I have a cousin that runs a S670 with a 8 row head and he goes 6.5 mph to keep it full enough to do a good job. His head speed is pretty fast. 6.5 mph in Missouri terraces are way too fast for me but he’s 12 years younger than I am. I love running my S680 at 4.5 mph with our 12 row head. Head speed on the second to lowest speed. I’m particular and my corn and bean samples are really good.
